Neighborhood Lookouts

Neighborhood Lookouts is a grass roots, citizen based program designed to organize citizens and neighborhoods in an effort to reduce crime. National statistics show that residential crime decreases where programs like Neighborhood Lookouts are organized. Neighborhood Lookout can be an effective way to monitor crime in your neighborhood. A good neighbor is one of the most effective crime tools ever invented.
