BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES

Available for children 16 and under from June 1 to July 31, Monday-Sunday except for Holidays.  Limited to 1 hour.

  • 3:30-4:30 PM
  • 5:00-6:00 PM

  • Price:  $150.00
  • Up to 10 Children
  • Admission for 10 Children and 2 Adults
  • All Day Wristband to Papio Bay
  • 1 Hour use of Party Deck
  • 2 Large Pizzas
  • 2 Pitchers of Pop
  • 10 Individual Bags of Chips
Extras:  Any extras must be ordered at the time of reservation.  Additional items must be purchased A-la-cart at the Papio Bay concessions stand.
  • Whole Pizza $15.00 (pizza a-la-cart is by the slice only) 
  • Pitcher of Pop $4.00 (not available a-la-cart)

PARTY REGULATIONS

Ratio of parental supervision is needed at 1 adult for every 5 children.  All party packages must be paid in full at time of reservation.  All reservations must be made at least 10 business days in advance of your event.  Payments can be made by phone using any major credit card or in person at the Recreation Offices paying cash, check, or credit card.  All birthday parties may bring in a birthday cake.

REFUND POLICY

If Papio Bay is open regardless of weather conditions, no refunds will be given and parties may not reschedule.  If Papio Bay must close due to weather or maintenance conditions, your party may be rescheduled pending schedule availability.  If party cannot be rescheduled, a refund minus a $5 administrative fee will be given.
